My husband, 13-year-old son, and I have returned to this home every year for 3 years. We couldn’t imagine going to Maui and not staying here. The views are incredible, the home is beautiful and very comfortable, it’s in a great neighborhood, and the house manager is not only very helpful for everything we need, but he has become a very good friend. In previous years, we have brought friends. The house has plenty of space to accommodate multiple families and groups of people. We love this place!

We were 8 ladies (40+) and had an absolutely magical stay. The house was just perfect. The property manager took excellent care of us as did Freddy the kitty. Our favorite memories are 5am coffee by the pool as the full moon set and the birds awoke for their morning meeting (up early due to jet lag). By far one of the best stocked rental homes we’ve ever experienced. The neighborhood is quiet and serene - just what we all needed. Plenty of space for all of us. Massages by Jana on the upper balcony were heavenly. Perfect location in Maui Meadows just above Wailea and Kihei areas. Mahalo Nui Loa Lee! The Girls from Bermuda!

The house served our three generations incredibly well. It is huge and comfortably furnished. We loved the views and the gorgeous kitchen. Best of all, the property manager did a wonderful job making us feel at home and had anticipated all the little needs that too often go unmet when renting a private residence. It couldn't have been a better place to stay.

Our family of ten enjoyed a wonderful 10-day vacation at this beautiful Maui home! The property is just as described and has everything you could possibly need to enjoy a perfect island vacation, including incredible ocean views, whale watching, and amazing sunsets. The kitchen is massive, easily accommodates cooking and seating for a large group, and is stocked with every appliance and utensil you could want. The pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean are amazing and were enjoyed everyday by the kids and adults alike. It truly felt like our own little piece of paradise, and we would stay at this home again in a heartbeat!!

Our family had a great stay in Maui at this wonderful home. The home was extremely clean and well stocked. The property manager was extremely helpful and assisted with anything we needed. Great location and amazing views. Cant wait to visit again.

This is the most incredible house you could stay in! We cannot wait to come back year after year if they will have us because it was so good. We came with our family for our annual trip we usually stay on the west side but because of the fires had to pivot and it truly was so amazing we got the opportunity to because otherwise we may not have found out! We were here with my 3 year old and 3 month old and the pool and hot tub were perfect for my 3 year old to explore even a little independently because theres a large shallow end. For the 3 month old i wondered how i would bathe her and they literally had a baby bath we could use along with many pack and plays and high chair and all kinds of other kid friendly things. Along with the house being absolutely amazing it also was a great location close to lots of beaches (we liked polo) and the shops at Wailea which is so fun to eat and walk around at. The host was also very gracious and refunded us when they didn't have to because we added some nights and then realized we didn’t need them (although i wish we had stayed because it was just that amazing). Truly I'm amazed they even rent out this house it is a work of art. If you are thinking of booking, do it! You wont regret it!

This property was everything we could have wanted. We stayed for 7 days with 6 adults and 2 children. The only downside is we never wanted to leave the property! The house manager was amazing and attentive to all our needs. I highly suggest listening to his recommendations especially for a private chef (Benjamin) and for in home massage from Jana & Cassidy. Money well spent for the amazing cooking and relaxing massage. If you are looking for a relaxing once in a lifetime experience this is the property.

It was a beautiful home

We typically stay at waterfront properties when visiting Maui, but this certainly deserves the ratings it gets. With the house, amenities and view, it certainly rivals water front properties and definitely gives us reconsideration moving forward. We had 2 families totaling 9 and was spacious enough to be in solitude or gather as a group. The property is a memory maker. Special shout out to the on-site property manager. Great and hospitable guy. Appreciated his responsiveness for any questions or needs. Another shoutout to Freddy Mercury, the cat. He greets you on every Maui morning and acts as an ambassador to the island. Hoping to make more memories here.

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for a week with four adult couples. We all had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The home was well thought out with beautiful views from the deck space and pool area. The property manager is very helpful with recommendations and available anytime for questions.

We decided to spoil our adult children (ages 28 to 33) on their first trip to Hawaii! This was a dream property with a fabulous outdoor space that included a kitchen, multiple dining areas, spa and pool. Great quiet neighborhood with bird and whale watching.

This property is everything you will hope it to be. The house is spacious, clean, well maintained, with an amazing kitchen and jaw dropping views. Every time you walk in that front door, you fall even more in love with this place. That white couch will be your early morning coffee place, and your crazy cloud sunset parade cocktail place. All of the furniture and beds are extremely comfortable, it’s a place to kick back and relax. The master bedroom and ensuite are incredible. The location cannot be beat, it’s an easy 25 minutes to the airport, 5 minutes into the heart of Wailea, golf, and the shopping, 10 minutes to multiple beaches and dining in the heart of Kihei. Lahaina is only 40 minutes away on an easy drive. We had the great fortune to stay for a few weeks, and it still was not enough, we fell in love with the house, the small towns, and Maui itself. As mentioned the manager is outstanding, always available and always helpful. I will let you find out about Mr Freddy Mercury, but he added so much to our experience (be aware he has no sense of personal space if he likes you). Whale watching from the house was great! You could see so many just from the deck (binoculars and telescope were also available). It could be raining all over Maui but Kihei seemed like it missed most of this weather, it felt like it was almost always sunny and warm. The only regret you will have if you book this property is the day you have to leave. If I am pressed very hard, I would say there is only a few negative things about this house. Ladies, the lighting in the bathrooms can be a little dark. I decided on Valentine’s Day to up my makeup for dinner- armed with a Chardonnay and a YouTube video (ok, perhaps not wise). On the subtle to sexy line graph, I wanted to get fairly close to sexy. I was very pleased with my results until I left the bathroom and realized I had completely departed that line, and took a terrible tangent towards Tammy Faye Baker and Circus clown. Also, the coffee pot is slow to brew ( I know- scandalous) Finally, in the shared bathroom, I don’t think there is anyway to lock the sliding doors. Not awful as toilet and shower are enclosed by door and curtain, but the girls told me that had to be cautious as my son would attempt to waltz in carefree and oblivious. That said, if this house is available for your dates DO NOT HESITATE to book! Thank you for letting us stay in a house that is as beautiful as the island and people

We loved staying at this house. The house had a very modern feel and had amazing views. The pool and hot tub were used daily. Snorkels and beach equipment were provided. There were even toys for our young kids.The property manager, was very helpful whenever we needed a recommendation or had a question about the house. This place is highly recommended.

We loved everything about this house--the owner communicated all the info required + more, the property manager couldn't be more helpful, the house is so well equipped and designed, the location and view idyllic. We all felt so happy and comfortable there and left well rested and content. Can't wait to return!

Excellent accommodations, perfect space for a large group. Lots of space, well decorated, very comfortable beds, phenomenal views with amazing pool and hot tub. We enjoyed our morning walks to the beach and shops. Great property manager looking after all our needs. Highly recommend, we were sad to leave this amazing house. The best part was Freddy the cat who visited us daily, made it feel like home.

Oh my what a place! Absolutely best sunset views we’ve ever seen. Incredible home stocked up w every kitchen amenity you can ever imagine. Super friendly property manager a text away from any help you need. We came to rejuvenate after a busy year and we all did so thanks to this home. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Maui

From sunrises to sunsets, this home was the perfect place to enjoy time with family. The kitchen and pool area were our favorite places to be. This is the perfect home to enjoy Maui and gave leaving to go the the beach a run for its money. The owner and local staff were amazing, the amenities available at the home were second to none. We’ve stayed at many rentals and this is the first that we will RUN back to on our next visit to Maui!!!

Don’t hesitate on this place. Excellent views, pool. Lots of room for our family. Big kitchen and outdoor space. We spent a lot of time at the house because of the resort type facilities. The care taker was very helpful and Freddie the cat came and visited every morning.

This property is ideal in every way. The location to Wailea and Kihei is within minutes and only 25 from the airport. The views are spectacular! The layout of the house is perfect for a family of 8. Super comfy beds, and the kitchen had everything we needed to entertain and cook whatever we wanted. The property manager lives on-sight, but you would never have known he was there. He was very friendly, explained every detail at check-in. Highly recommend for an escape from reality! Lovely pool setting, beautiful vegetation, and the decks were incredible to enjoy the sunset or morning coffee. We will miss waking up in this beautiful home.

This property is beautiful. The home was one of the best parts of our trip to Maui. It is clean, spacious, and the infinity pool is amazing.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kyron's beautiful Kihei property! He was always so easy to reach with any questions. The property is well thought out. Full of amenities. Many surprise ones too to make our trip so comfortable and enjoyable. The onsite property manager, was incredibly conscientious and helpful with showing us around the property and providing travel advice. And just a super guy overall. We hope to visit again sometime!

Everything about this property is 5*! The views, overall comfort and accessibility make this hoe the perfect landing spot for 6 or more guests.The property manager, welcomed us and is near by to help with any questions or concerns regarding the home. The house itself is well laid out and the kitchen is well stocked for all your needs. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The outdoor pool area is perfect for viewing those incredible Maui sunsets. My family enjoyed this house so much that we will definitely rent again!

What an amazing stay! You cannot beat this like of luxury in a house. Every detail was perfect from the bedrooms to the kitchen to the breathtaking views. Very comfortable and a great layout! We will definitely be back and staying here.

A group of four couples stayed at this fantastic home for two weeks. Every detail was extremely well thought out. The property manager, could not have been better. He was always available for any questions we had, including recommendations (one of which was a group favorite that Lee got us a reservation to on our first night), and extremely communicative for anything with the house. He made this stay truly above and beyond. In the house, the bathrooms had makeup remover, cotton balls and Q-Tips, and large shampoo and body wash dispensers in the showers, which all featured A+ water pressure. After our first night, every couple remarked that the beds were among the most-comfy they've ever slept in. Not to mention the bedrooms were spacious enough for both couples to iron and get ready in without issue. The pictures do not do justice for just how large the house is, and this is particularly noteworthy in the kitchen. The kitchen island is the largest counter I've ever seen. This made eating with our group of eight an awesome experience, especially with that incredible view as the backdrop to our dining experiences. The spacious kitchen has plenty of room for multiple folks to be working simultaneously and literally everything one would ever need to cook and serve, all well-organized and easily-accessible. Even the split between glass and plastic drinkware for the pool was pleasantly organized. The pool and hot tub area with the outdoor poolhouse area was a huge hit for our group. Many of us worked remotely for the first week and there was no better place to relax while working than outside on the comfy chairs near the fridge with views of the whales in the ocean. Really, the attention to detail was second-to-none. For a two-week stay, we really didn't need anything else besides this house and everything in it and our fantastic property manager.

Plenty of privacy for a large group. We had several people zooming and everyone could find a private place. Definitely recommend for a remote work environment! On the fun side, great location to Wailea beaches! Wonderful pool and hot tub. You can watch the whales from your chair on the lanai! Beds are comfortable and all the rooms private. The kitchen is awesome and the island space is truly something to behold!

Wow! This home definitely lives up to all the hype! We stayed here for a week in January and we couldn’t have been happier. Upon arrival in Maui, we received a text from the management welcoming us to Maui and stating he was available anytime to meet us at the house for a walk through. The host was perfect and was always available if we needed anything. We travel quite extensively and this home by far is the most welcoming and well stocked of any home we have stayed in. The beds are all incredibly comfortable with ample space for a large family. Our absolute favorite part of the house was the outdoor lounge area, pool, and whirlpool. The views are beyond breathtaking and we honestly felt we had the best sunset views in all of Maui! Thank you for sharing your home with us and we look forward to coming back soon!

The best place we have ever stayed. We loved it and would go back. Could not as for more. Great for families.

This truly is a one of a kind property! I can’t express how wonderful our trip was in great part because we stayed here. The view is unreal and each sunset was breathtaking. Days just relaxing by the pool was all I wanted and this place didn’t disappoint. The host was wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Mahalo and many thanks!!!

Our second time staying here. Love the setting and location. Quiet & relaxing with views overlooking the ocean. A quick 10 minutes to groceries, shops and a multitude of restaurants and beaches. Plenty of space for people to spread out and find a quiet place. House is well equipped with great outdoor and indoor spaces.

My family and I, including my senior parents, spent a wonderful week at Nani Pulelehua. Lee is a great host. A really beautiful home, had all we needed and more. Very well equipped, super clean, very good quality bedding and linens, the house all amenities for enjoying a great vacation at Maui. We will definitely recommend it to families or group of friends.
